Making knives is one of my favorite activities, and it is a skill that I have acquired over long years of learning, and a skill that I will continue to hone. I offer several lines of knives: Neck Knives, which are very handy and I carry one all the time; Outdoor Knives, the tool of the woods; Tactical Knives (Tac. Knives), although I am fond of the saying that nobody wins a knife fight, they may come in handy in the military and law enforcement world, though I sincerely hope that you never need to use them in a fight. Then there are the “Smalls”, great little knives for crafting and for the youngsters. I keep one at my desk for random cutting tasks. Last but not least, my kitchen and butcher knives. Although I don’t spend much time in the kitchen, I do spend a considerable amount of time butchering game, or farm animals, so I know what is needed, and I have made a line of knives just for the job. If you have any questions about my knife series, you can find my contact info in the Contact Us tab. As of right now I don’t have the ability to sell my knives here, but you can buy them at my E-bay page.

Kitchen and Butcher Knives
My kitchen and butcher knives are ready to do some cutting. The kitchen knives are made for ease of use, for those long hours in the kitchen, made thin for extra cutting performance. The butcher knives are designed to be used in the grime, with extra care taken to make them easy to clean. These knives would also be of great value to the meat farmer.
